You receive ongoing guidance via email, and you can schedule up to two one-to-one online support sessions (30 min. each) to clarify questions or deepen your understanding. Finally, you have access to a dedicated WhatsApp group for quick questions and feedback.

Certification Process (ISO 17024)
This training is aligned with ISO 17024 certification for professional competency.
Within 6 months, participants who complete the programme can sit for the TUV Nord Hellas certification exam online. The exam validates your skills through a structured, internationally recognised assessment.
